3. Counter-Notification

If material you have posted to Lo Games has been removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the same level of detail as the original infringement notice.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
